Steps

Cut Lauki in small pieces and wash it.

Soak moon dal in water for 30 min.

Take pan. Add jeera, garlic, curry leaf, red chilli. Roast it.

Add washed lauki.

Add Tomato soaked moong dal.

Add haldi powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, garam masala.

Add salt.

Mix it well. Cover it.

Cook it on low flame till lauki become soft.
