Quick and delicious white sauce for two
I had left over pasta that needed to be eaten but had no sauce. I took what I did have threw them in a pan and ended up with a sauce that my husband and I prefer over store bought. Plus it's much more cost efficient since I always have these ingredients on hand!

Steps
- 1
In a small sauce pan or frying pan over medium heat melt butter
- 2
Add garlic to pan cook until slightly golden stirring often to keep from burning
- 3
Add your white wine to the pan amd simmer for two minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
- 4
Add your heavy cream and black pepper wisk to combine thoroughly
- 5
