Steps

Clean and cut the leaves of pumpkin roughly..

Cut the stems of the pumpkin length wise.

Cut all the vegetables into medium size pieces..

Heat mustard oil in a kadhai
- 5
Add black cumin and green chilies.

Add all the vegetables.Add stems of the pumpkin.

Add salt and turmeric powder.

Saute it for 2 minutes.

Cover it with a lid

Cook it on slow flame..

When half done add the leaves of the pumpkin..and add ginger paste.

Mix it well.

Again cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes..

Add half boiled moong Dal..give it a good mix.Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Cook it by covering a lid on low flame.

When all the water evaporates add one teaspoon fresh cream or milk..

Turn off the gas And serve hot with boiled rice.
