Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 2 cupchopped dates
  • 1/2 cuptoasted flour
  • 1/2 tspground cardamom
  • 1/2 tspground fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cupnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter

  2. 2

    Mash in dates. If hard to mash add a little hot water.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle flour and spices in.

  4. 4

    Spread the mixturw on flat tray and press nuts on top. Cool and cut into squares.
