Ingredients

  1. 2potato dices
  2. 3capsicum diced
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tasteRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspdry mango powder
  7. As neededoil
  8. 1 cuptomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a wok add oil, add tomato puree saute it, add all spices, mix well. now add potato and capsicum, cover it 3 to 4 minute and cooked.

    When it will be cooked well add dry mango powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    Serve it with chapati.
