  • 1 kgbeef liver
  • 1 tbsbenny spice
  • 1onion
  • 6 tbsoil to fry

    Clean liver then mix with benny spice

  2. 2

    Cut onion in rings put on top of the liver

  3. 3

    Fry keep stirring until all sides and onion are cooked
