Cooking Instructions

Prep the potato by washing , peeling , dicing in to cubes

Marinate with soy sauce , pepper , sugar , salt for about 5 mins
- 3
Heat oil with chilli powder in pan until sizzling
- 4
Add potato , fry until tender in the inside
- 5
Plate up , add 2 sunnyside eggs on top
