1/2 cupbutter
1 cupflour
1 cupsugar
2 tspbaking powder
1egg
1 cupmilk
1 lbstrawberries (whole leaf removed)
4 ozcream cheese

Preheat oven to 375

Melt butter in 9x13 pan

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, egg and milk. Mix well.

Pour batter mixture into melted butter...slowly....DO NOT mix.

Place strawberries and cream cheese (cut into small pieces) all over batter. Do not mix.

Bake for approx. 45 minutes or until gilden brown with a nice crisp crust around the edges.
