Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 mediumavocado, cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. 1 mediumtomato, cut into 1-inch cubes
  3. 7 ozraw wild salmon fillet (or 7oz. pouch wild pink salmon, boneless, skinless)
  4. 12fresh cilantro sprigs, coarsely chopped
  5. 2 tbspcitrius vinaigrette

Steps

  1. 1

    apreheat broiler to high.

  2. 2

    Broilmsalmon for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place salmon on serving plate, place in refrigerator to cool.

  3. 3

    Combine avocado, tomato, and cilantro in a mediuk bowl. Drizzle with ditrius vinaigrette, toss gently to blend.

  4. 4

    Setve avocado mixture over salmon
