  1. 2 cupsfrozen brown rice cake
  2. 8 ozfresh shelless oyster
  3. 2 cupsshredded cabbage
  4. 1 cupbean sprouts
  5. 2mushrooms
  6. 1/2onion
  7. 1green onions
  8. 1/2 Tspsweet potato starch
  9. 1 tspfish sauce
  10. 1/2 tsphomemade picked chilli for Deco

    Bring a jar of 16 oz homemade prawn broth and 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.

    Add sliced onion, mushroom, sprouts and cabbage into the broth and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    In the meantime, sauté starch coated oysters in oil for 5 seconds on each side. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Place thawed rice cake into the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Place the soup in a heated stoneware. Place oysters on top. Sprinkle with green onions.

All my recipes share the same principle of low fat/oil, almost no added sugar/honey, whole grains and as much fermentation Incorporated as possible to unlock its nutritional value and plus lots of made ahead secret ingredients that I've learned over the years. In my pantry, you'll always found stocks of ancient grains (spelt, kamut, millet), brown rice in various varieties, jars of dry beans in multiple color and shapes.
