Sindhi Koki is all time and every Sindhis favourite. We Sindhis love to take while travelling long distances or picnics . It is made with dough of whole wheat flour onions and pomogranate seeds . Goes well with curds,pappad , pickle or tea .

In a thali mix all the above ingredients and make s stiff dough.

Make equal portions of the dough.

Roll out each portion like a thick Paratha.

With a knife make a design of diagonal lines......crisscrossing each other from one end to the other.

This is to ensure Koki gets cooked well insde.
