Sambhar Dosa(both zero oil)
Steps
- 1
Soak daal for almost 1/2 an hr after nicely washing it.
- 2
Add to cooker, add all veggies and masalas to it. Add water and let it whistle 3/4 minimum.
- 3
Once cooker cools down, mix everything nicely with the beater and let Sambhar give a boil for minimum 15/20 minutes. The more it will boil the the taste will be enhanced as Zero oil so this option is best.
- 4
Now the aata I hv used is from chakkiwala. The freshly gring disa batter,so add salt and water to make the Dosa batter consistency.
- 5
Take dosa tawa, let it get nice heated. Pour the batter on tawa and spread nicely.
- 6
As Zero oil for Dosa too so initially keep the flame high then on medium flame. See how beautiful the zali has come out. Zali formed is a sign that Dosa would turned out nicely - soft yet crispy.
- 7
After the Dosa is cooked from 1 side 3/4 minutes, gently scratch from all sides and flip it. As there is Zero oil so my Dosa slightly broke from side. Now ib another side too let it cook for 2/3 minutes. Once it's done serve with Zero oil Sambhar and enjoy 🙂👍
