Ingredients

  • 1 lbGround pork
  • 1 lbGround chicken
  • 1 lbGround turkey
  • 1 mediumRed onion, chopped
  • 1 mediumYellow onion, chopped
  • 1Green pepper, chopped
  • 1Yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1Jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 4 canDiced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 1 canTomato paste (medium - 10 oz?)
  • 1 canHot chili beans
  • 1 canBlack beans, drained
  • 1/4 cupOriginal Juan Jamaican style batch #114 hot sauce
  • 1 tspMinced garlic
  • 1as needed Dry jerk seasoning
  • 1as needed Dry Cajun seasoning
  • 1as needed Ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tspDried oregano
  • 1 tspDried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tspChili powder
  • 1 canBeer
  • 4Celery stalks, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Use the dry jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and ground cayenne pepper to season each of the meats while you brown them in a skillet. Drain the fat and put the meat in a slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker as well as a bit more jerk dry seasoning and mix well. Cook for 8 hours on the low setting.

  3. 3

    Serve with noodles, Fritos, or cornbread and cheese.
