Marinate chicken with turmeric & salt for an hour. Cut onion, ginger, and garlic to very small pieces. Add mustard seeds to oil and fry, Add ginger, garlic, and onion. Sauté well. Add chili powder and rest of powders. Grind tomato & add to it. Sauté for 5 min until cooked. Add chicken. Cook for 20 min
