Cover the dough.knead it into a firm dough.cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Take a small portion.roll it out into round circle.

Cut into 4to 5size small circle.deep fry in hot oil.fry untill golden brown.

Golgappa is ready.enjoyy with khatta mitha pani.
