Knead the wheat flour with water to a smooth dough.

Now take the grated cauliflower and add all the above ingredients and mix it well.

Now take 2 small size balls to from the dough roll both the balls to a size of about 3 to 4 inches in diameter.

Now spread ghee over one ball,top it with a few tbsp of grated cauliflower cover with the other rolled dough

Press and real the edges and roll it very gently

Now on a tava place the paratha and roast with ghee till browned and uniformly roasted from both sides.

Serve with pickle or yogurt.
