Ingredients

  • 1 cupsabudana (soak it in water for atleast 5 hours)
  • 4medium size potatoes boiled and smashed
  • 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tspfinely chopped ginger
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1-2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cuppeanut powdered coarsely
  • 1.5 tspsugar
  • Rock salt to taste, u can use regular salt if you are not making
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above except the oil in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Make flat round patties or vadas using small portion of the mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil properly and fry the vadas on medium heat.

  4. 4

    Serve it with cold curd or sweet curd!
