Ingredients

  • 1 lbpan sausage I used Odom's Tennessee pride sausage mild
  • 8 ozpackage of chorizo sliced
  • 6 ozpepperoni stick
  • 1/2tomatoes from spinach empanadas
  • 1/2onions from spinach empanadas
  • 1/2olives from spinach empanadas
  • 1/3 lbbacon
  • 4 ozmozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1sauce see cheese empanada recipe
  • 1/2mushrooms from spinach empanadas

Steps

  1. 1

    fry the bacon

    fry the sausage

    slice the pepperoni stick but remember to remove the casing

    mix all the ingredients except pastry, cheese pepperoni and chorizo

    add sauce to pastry add all the fillings to pastry fold crimp deep fry
