Ingredients

  • 3boil mashed potato
  • 1 ltr milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupdryfruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadayi add milk and boiled aloo. Keep cooking till milk gets absorb in potato. Now add ghee,sugar,dryfruit simmer for 10 min. Till ghee gets separate and aroma comes out from the halwa. Halwa is ready
