Ingredients

2 cupsgram flour
1 cupsemolina or suji
1onion finely chopped
1big tomato grated
1carrot grated
2 tbspGaram masala
1 tbspginger chilli paste
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
to tasteSalt
Coriander chopped
Water for batter
Oil as needed

Steps

1

In a bowl, take gram flour, semolina, all veg and all other ingredients and keep it aside for an hour.

After an hour check the the consistency of the batter and adjust water for pancakes.

Take a pan, put some oil make the pancakes.

Enjoy.
