Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 16 ozbow tie pasta
  2. 3 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tbsphot chilie paste
  4. 1 lbchicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
  5. 3/4 cupbasil pesto
  6. 3/4 cupparmesan
  7. 1/2 cupchopped cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook and drain pasta

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil over medium heat. Mix in chili paste and chicken. Cook and stir chicken, 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Toss in pesto, parmesan and cilantro in skillet. Add pasta. Heat through.

  4. 4

    Serve with additional parmesan, if desired.
