Ingredients

  1. 4chicken breasts
  2. 1 packagesitalian dressing seasoning
  3. 1/2 cupwater
  4. 1(8oz) block of cream cheese
  5. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  6. 2/3 cupwater
  7. 1enough rice to feed whoever is eating

Steps

  1. 1

    1. place chicken in a crockpot and season evenly with italian dressing.

  2. 2

    add the water and let cook on low for at least 4 hours.

  3. 3

    when chicken is cooked all the way through, shred with a fork or in a mixer- just something to get it shredded.

  4. 4

    place back into crockpot and add cream cheese, chicken soup, and water.

  5. 5

    mix thoroughly and let it sit for another 30 minutes

  6. 6

    serve over rice
