Coat protein in the paprika,oregano,salt,pepper and brown in the skillet. Set aside

Sauté onions,garlic,saffron in the skillet. Add tomatoes until caramelized a bit then add rice slowly and brown. Add water and simmer for 10 minutes until liquids absorbed.

Add the protein to the rice mix and simmer until the rice is al dente. Turn up the heat for the last 5 minutes to brown bottom of rice
