Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 200 gramscrumbled paneer
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 2Tomato chopped
  4. 2-3green chilies
  5. 2-3Garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 inch ginger paste in mortar-pestle
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1.5 tbspoil
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  14. As neededFor garnishing coriander leaves, ginger juliennes & green chilli

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds once they are browned add onion when onion become translucent add ginger garlic paste chopped chilies saute.

  2. 2

    Then add tomatoes and cook till they become soft, add all dry spices stir the spices.

  3. 3

    Then add crumbled paneer cook for 4-5 minutes add chopped coriander leaves mix well heat off.

  4. 4

    Garnish & serve paneer bhurji.
