In a dry mixing bowl, sift your flour.

Add sugar, margarine n cardammon.

Beat an egg aside then add it to the flour mixture.

Rub in the ingredients till they incorporate together.

Add milk water mixture n knead to a soft dough.

Make sure its not sticking to your hands.

Cover it for 20 mins to relax.

After 20 mins, roll n cut to your desirable size n shape.

In a frying pan, add cooking oil n let it heat to a medium temperature.

Deep fry your mandazi in a medium heat till they turn golden brown.

Cool and serve them warm.
