Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice
  • 2cooking spoon palm oil
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Smoked fish
  • leafPumpkin
  • Onions
  • Fresh pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice and set side

  2. 2

    Wash the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Wash the smoke fish and set set.

  4. 4

    Wash the leaf and keep in a sieve to drain water..

  5. 5

    Slice onions, pepper, add wash crayfish or prawns. Blend the mix roughly.

  6. 6

    Add 2cooking spoon palm oil to pot, allow to heat for some minutes. Add sliced onions and sauté for some minutes

  7. 7

    Add sliced onions, blended mix and allow to cook for some minutes.

  8. 8

    Add seasoning and salt.

  9. 9

    Add the washed leaf and cook for some minutes. Drop from heat..
