Ingredients

  • Halfa kg meat
  • 1Yellow and 1 red capsicum
  • Spices of ur choice
  • 2garlic cloves crushed lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by marinating the cubed meat, with spices of ur choice we used

    Fresh Garlic,ginger,tomato phaste mixed with some sugar then rub some oil

  3. 3

    Cover and let it sit in the fridge for about 20 min

  4. 4

    Remove then bake for 25 mind while covered in a foil. Remove serve it with ur accompaniment

  5. 5

    Or enjoy with some kachumbari
