  • 1 bunchCauliflower
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • 4 ozCheddar cheese
  • 1Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut cauliflower heads off stalk

  2. 2

    Boil in water until tender

  3. 3

    Throw in blender with milk, blend until smooth

  4. 4

    Put back in pot, add cheese, s&p to taste

  5. 5

    Heat on medium low and stir until cheese is melted
