  • 2 sliceBacon
  • 2 1/2 cupFrozen shrimp (cocktail size)
  • 1 1/2Red onion
  • 1 tbspLime
  • 1large Tomato

Steps

    Thaw shrimp

  2. 2

    Cook bacon

  3. 3

    Chop tomato, and onion

  4. 4

    Chop parsley, or use fresh parsley in a tube.

  5. 5

    Chop up cooked bacon

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients

  7. 7

    Top with fresh squeezed lime juice.

  8. 8

    Serve with cocktail sauce for dressing.
