  • 8 ozCream Cheese
  • 2 cupOriginal Bisquick Mix
  • 1/2 cupGraham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2 largeEggs

    Heat a pan to medium heat with butter.

  2. 2

    Slice cream cheese into bite-sized pieces. Set aside. In a large bowl, stir the Bisquick mix, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, milk, & eggs with a whisk or fork until well blended. Stir in the cream cheese.

  3. 3

    For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/3 cup of the batter onto the pan. Cook until the edges are dry. Turn & cook the other side until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Top with strawberries, bananas, syrup, cool whip, etc.
