Take poha in a channi, soak poha in water(just it gets wet) add salt, sugar and lemon juice to it.

In a kadai add oil, once hot add rai and jeera, let it splutter. Add finely chopped aloo and onion. Add mungfali and green chilies. Now add salt and haldi, mix well and let it cook till aloo is nicely cooked and onion becomes translucent.

Once everything is cooked nicely add poha to it and let it cook for 5 minutes by randomly stirring it as poha doesn't stick to the kadai.

As poha is also cooked, serve in individual plate by garnishing dhaniya patta and namkeen on top of it. Enjoy garma garam Poha
