Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 tbspStuffron
  • 2 1/2 tspBoiling water
  • 3 tbsVagatable oil
  • 12Fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • Clovesgarlic crushed chopped 2
  • 50 gOnion finely chopped
  • Salt to tast
  • 40 gLinen mixed lamb
  • Pinched coren paper
  • 1 tspGaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Add in the boiling water allow to stand for 10min

  2. 2

    Heat the vagatable oil in a suitable pan add the ginger garlic onion salt storing constinuosly fry for 7-8 min until the onion are soft and guden broken.

  3. 3

    Stir the lamb until is cooked

  4. 4

    Add the coyenne &gar

  5. 5

    The mixture should be fairly light with very little moisture

  6. 6

    Transfer to a boil& allow to cook be4 using
