  • 1 tspItalian Seasoning
  • 10 ozFrozen Spinach
  • 16 ozRotini Pasta

    Cook meats with onion and garlic

  2. 2

    Add all to bag but pasta and spinach

  3. 3

    Freeze

  4. 4

    Cook low 4 hours, add spinach, cheese, and pasta 1 hour
