Ingredients

1/2 bowlPaneer mashed
1Potato boiled and mashed
1Green chilli chopped
to tasteSalt
3Capsicum rings cut
As neededCoriander leaves chopped
1/4 teaspoonChat masala
as neededOil to shallow fry

Steps

Mix all ingredients in a bowl expect oil and capsicum
2

Fill the mixture into the ring of capsicum tightly.

Grease an iron tawa

Put the capsicum Tikki on it
5

Cook on both sides on low medium flame till golden brown
6

Serve with chutney or sauce
7

U can eat them with chapatis and rice also
