Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupCauliflower Florets
  2. 3 tbspChopped potatoes
  3. 1 tbspChopped Oniones
  4. 1 tspGreen Chilli
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspTurmeric
  7. 1 tbspChopped Coriander Leaves
  8. 1 tspkasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  9. 2 tbspMustard Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add chopped potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add cauliflower florets in the same pan.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and green chilies in the same pan and let them turn golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder and salt in the same pan.

  5. 5

    Keep searing them unless they turns brown.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve it.
