Taking care that the salt does not touch the yeast

Sieve the flour and salt twice..dissolve sugar in half cup water add yeast.let it stand for 10 mins or till mixture becomes frothy.

Add oil and mix into maida make ā ƒįŗm dough.knead for 7-8 mins and shape into a ball.

Put in a greased bowl and cover and leave to rise in a warm place for sn hour or till the dough is double in size..

Now take the dough and make 5-6 balls take one ball roll it and take 2 round caps of two different size and cut roundels and deep fry on low flame..

Take 100 gms dark compound chocolate double boil it and paste on donuts upper side..

Same way you can use milk compound then decorate with stars or anything that you have.
