Take a raw papaya...nice green one...wash thoroughly...deseed thm if any(white ones also)

Chop into small pieces and grind in mixie with green skin without water..(green skin of raw papaya contains more pappain which tenderizes meat)

Now have to store it in freezer for long term use..but if u store it in a bottle thn it will be difficult to take it out every time when needed and have to thaw the whole bottle thn again keeping in freezer may spoil it...

So here is the trick..put the papaya paste in the ice tray..

Keep it in the freezer till sets..

Take all the papaya ice cubes and store in a plastic bag....leave some space and thn tie it or put rubberband(note:up of the ice cubes leave space like 3 inches)
