Greens Medley II
I love a good blending of fresh leafy greens.
Steps

Add the water, vinegar, neckbones, salt, and sugar to a pot and boil.

Wash the collards and cabbage and chop them up. Add to the boiling liquids. Boil for 30 minutes.

Wash and chop them kale. Add to the pot with the cabbage and collards.
- 4
Boil another 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 5
Serve I hope you enjoy! Also can be served with hot vinegar sauce see my recipe for that also.
