Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsmoong dal
  2. 1 ouncerice
  3. 125sugar
  4. pinchsalt
  5. 2cardamom powder
  6. 4kaju
  7. as needed small amount of diced raw coconut
  8. as neededsmall amount of milk
  9. as neededoil for frying
  10. 100 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice dal overnight.

  2. 2

    Grind it.

  3. 3

    In a pan pour water,milk. add diced coconut and cardamom powder and pinch of salt. allow it to boil. add the grind paste gently to avoid lumps. cook in low flame.

    In a wet cloth spread mixture make it flat.
