100 gmsmoong dal
1 ouncerice
125sugar
pinchsalt
2cardamom powder
4kaju
as needed small amount of diced raw coconut
as neededsmall amount of milk
as neededoil for frying
100 mlwater

Soak rice dal overnight.

Grind it.

In a pan pour water,milk. add diced coconut and cardamom powder and pinch of salt. allow it to boil. add the grind paste gently to avoid lumps. cook in low flame.

In a wet cloth spread mixture make it flat.

Cut accordingly

Then dip fry
