Cut the bringals lengthwise into thin slices

Heat oil in a pan and add panch phutan.Then add cut green chillies. Add cut onions.fry it till golden.

Àdd grated ginger and garlic.Add all bringals.add salt.fry it properly then add garam Masala powder. Fry till flavour comes out.

In a separate container add sugar and salt in curd.add above preparation in curd.mix properly. add chopped coriander leaves to enhance taste.
