Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 3 largemashed over ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cupcoconut oil
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°, grease a 9x13 pan

  2. 2

    Mix all together in a large bowl, pour and spread in pan, bake 30-40 mins. Check with toothpick, when inserted in middle, comes out clean
