Ingredients

  • 1fresh coconut grated
  • 1/2 ltrMilk
  • 2 pinchgreen food colour
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 200 gmkhoya
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • as neededSilver work
  • 2-3 tspChopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a deep large pan put milk and fresh coconut.

  2. 2

    Stir occasionally and let it continues, when reduce milk add khoya.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and cardamom powder and chopped almonds.

  4. 4

    When it will thick set in a Grease tray and cut into shape of your choice.

  5. 5

    Garnish with silver work.
