Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrMilk
  2. 2 tspPistachios
  3. 1-2Elaichi
  4. 5-6 tspSugar
  5. 1-2 dropGreen colour
  6. 3-4 threadsKesar
  7. 3-4 tspCustard powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly boil 1/2 ltr milk... After 5 min add 1 tea spoo. custard powder... And again boil... Than add 5.6.. kesar strips...and Elaichi powder. Then add pista and sugar.. I also add green clr.. it's optional.. jab thick ho jaye off the flame...... Or kulfi zar me thanda kark set hone rakho 4,5 hr...then Ready to serve.... Yummiest kulfi...
