Ingredients

8 to 10 mins
3 to 4 persons
  • 2 CupsOats
  • 3/4 Cupbuttermilk
  • 3/4 CupSpinach puree(just grind raw spinach leaves)
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 1Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 7-8Brown bread slices
  • Butter as required
  • Olive oil as required(u may use any oil)
  • Sesame seeds as required

Steps

8 to 10 mins
  1. 1

    Grind ginger and green chillies and make paste.

    Add buttermilk, spinach puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, ginger and green chilli paste, chopped onion and capsicum to oats... Mix well and keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins.

    Now take brown bread slice apply butter and apply the oats mixture to one side. Apply few drops of olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.

    Heat a pan toast the batter applied side of the bread first. While it's cooking apply butter on the other side of bread.. Once the oats mixture is cooked.. Flip the bread and cook untill golden brown and crisp.

    Serve hot with any dip of ur choice.. I have served with coriander Chutney mixed with mayonise and tomato ketchup mixed with mayonise.😋😋😋
