  • 250 gramsDhania/ coriander seeds
  • 5 gramseach of saajeera, cinnamon, methi and cloves
  • 10 gramseach of jeera and pepper

Steps

    Take the above ingredients

    Dry roast Dhania separately and all other spices together

    Let it cool. Grind it to powder and store in a air tight box. Can be used for up to six months
