Take a pan add a 10 gm block of butter and 5 gm of oil

Add onion,ginger,chillies saute it till light brown

Add the whisked egg and let it cook

Take a slizzer and scramble the egg thoroughly

In another pan add few pieces of sausages and fry until done

Toast the bread

Serve hot with tomato ketchup,mayonise or peanut butter
