2cooking spoon Crayfish
3ripe Avacado
4 cupsCorn flavour
2cooking spoon Palmoil
2Maggi cubes
1/4 teaspoonUziza seed
1 teaspoonCayenne pepper
2big bulb Onion

Blend the uziza seed,crayfish,fresh pepper.

Mix the ripe plantain flour and corn flour with warm water till is light.

Add salt,maggi cubes,sliced onion,and all the ingredients blended.

Tie in white nylons and put in a pot with boiling water.cover it and boil for 1hour.

Rinse and peel the avacado serve with the pudding.
