Peel Irish potatoes and wash, place in a pot and parboil with a little water till its almost soft and drain off the water

Heat up a frying pan, add veg oil, toss in your onions once the oil is getting hot, stir and add the sausages and fry till it's tender

Add tomatoes and pepper, allow it simmer for about 5 minutes, then add knorr cube and salt, stir in the potatoes and allow it cook for another 5 mins

Add the carrot, cabbage and green bell pepper; stir properly after 2mins taste to adjust seasoning and turn off heat immediately.

Then serve
