Ingredients

  1. 2 lbPork sausage
  2. 2 lbGround beef
  3. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  4. 2/3 cupflour
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/4 cupchives
  7. 4 cupbeef broth
  8. 4 cupmilk
  9. 1 cankernal corn
  10. 1/4 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large frying pan brown ground beef and sausage, then drain.

  2. 2

    After draining ground beef and sausage returned to the frying pan add vegetable oil and flour coat the ground beef and pork sausage, Brown slightly.

    Add half the beef stock, stirring constantly let thicken, add half the milk let thicken alternate between the two and let thicken in between each step.

    Add remaining ingredients let simmer stirring constantly.

  5. 5

    Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes and enjoy.
