Steps

First we will make Avocado chutney.

Peel and cut avacado

Add one green chilli, two pieces of garlic and salt and grind the Avacado pieces into the mixer grinder.

Take it out in a small bowl And add lemon juice in it. Now chutney is ready

To make a Kathi roll, add two spoons of olive oil to a non stick pan and heat it

When the oil becomes hot, Slice the onion and put it in the pan.

Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it too.

In this, add chopped tomatoes and fry well for two to three minutes.

Now add tomatoes puree and fry it well with a spoon on high flame for one minute.

Now add chopped Cabbage and chopped green chilli and add salt and fry it well. If you want to add other vegetables,like capsicum can add.

After that add the crushed paneer, salt,to Mix well and cook it thoroughly.

Place a chapati on the table and spread one teaspoon avocado chutney on whole bread with the spoon.

Now put a little beat of vegetables on one end.

Add some fresh mint leaves and onion slices and chat masala And roll the chapati well.

Cut each chapati with a knife in two pieces and serve it in a plate.
